Countrywide Delivery Via G4S Courier Services

At J Luxury Store, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are based on a flat rate of Ksh500 for countywide deliveries via G4S or your preferred courier service.

Estimated delivery time:

Local deliveries: Sameday Delivery

National deliveries: Within 24hrs

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

3. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

All major cities and towns within Kenya

If your area is not covered by our delivery partners, our customer service team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS.
Once your parcel has been delivered to your location / pickup point for the courier service you will receive a confirmation for the same.

5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe:

Check your tracking information for updates.

Contact the courier service using your tracking number.

If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our support team at support@jluxurystore.co.ke, and we’ll assist you promptly.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving (or expected delivery) with clear photos of the package or order number.
We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct when placing an order.
J Luxury Store is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
